Trailblazers we hope your summer is off to a wonderful start! The 19-20 school year may have ended with us being physically apart from one another; but that certainly didn’t stop our Trailblazer family from making new memories during distance learning. Virtual events such as our Trailblazer driving parade, virtual spirit week, “Better Together” Video, Zoom meetings, and the 6th grade completion video ceremony, just to name a few, were all ways we pulled together and made new and unique memories together. In addition, during the 2019-2020 school year our Trailblazer’s had some amazing accomplishments in athletics, academics, as well as visual and performing arts. Numerous athletic teams went to the district championships, our Oral Interpretation team earned a superior, many grade levels took memorable field trips, our Pep team earned an amazing second place finish in their final competition, and our Hmong and Folkloric dance teams delivered some beautiful performances just to name a few. The memories that have been created this school year will be etched in history and the commitment of our students in all aspects of our school is something to celebrate. Freedom Trailblazers are simply amazing!
Once again, the Trailblazer
community truly pulled together, cared for one another, and created an amazing
year filled with memories and triumphs for our students. The partnership that has been established and
fostered between students, families, teachers, and staff is one that truly
makes a difference for our kids each day.
It is because of these partnerships that we continue to reach new
heights and watch our kids achieve and grow both inside and outside of the
classroom. Thank you to all the
students, families, teachers and staff that have contributed to making this an
outstanding and memorable year.
I wish everyone a restful summer vacation with family and friends! I can’t wait for the many adventures and successes to come next year and I am already looking forward to seeing everyone in August!
